We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Silent Pool Distillers. If your order arrives damaged or you are not entirely happy with your items, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the spirits or glassware in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.
Ship the Items
Send your parcel back to our distillery using a tracked courier service; please keep your postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
